It’s me, hi! I’m the…

For the LONGEST time, I thought playing small made me good. That being agreeable, reliable, and endlessly available was the goal. That having no needs or boundaries was something to be proud of. (Maybe even that it made me a little bit ~better~ and ~more evolved~ than the people around me? Yikes…)

But, here’s the thing: as much as I am building up to a Taylor Swift “Anti-Hero” reference here…I was never actually the problem. I was just living by rules written by people I didn’t want to become. Rules written to benefit those whose lives are easier when we’re meek and easygoing and never ask questions or challenge the status quo.

And I bet the same is true for you, too.

I once thought the Sunday Scaries setting in like clockwork every weekend, regularly jolting awake at 4 a.m. after another stress dream about work, and feeling like I was wearing a mask all day long were “normal”.

I thought eating two (or three) meals at my desk to meet daily deadlines was “just part of the job”.

I thought everyone being happy with me all the time was a baseline I was responsible to maintain, and even the most minor conflict meant I was bad, or weak, or wrong.

Hi, I’m Callie

I’ve spent the last decade working in communications, marketing and branding. Climbing the corporate ladder taught me a hard lesson that I took a long time to learn:

NOTHING matters more than being truly, deeply at home in and in love with yourself and your life.

NOTHING.

No job title, no downtown office view, no salary, no company car…

None of those things quiet your mind or your soul when they start screaming under the stresses and misalignments of your life.

And yeah, it was exhausting.

But it also led me home…in more ways than one.

Those experiences showed me what alignment actually feels like —
by showing me everything it’s not.

I started to see how often I traded peace for praise, freedom for security, and authenticity for approval.

The hardest part wasn’t burning out, it was admitting that I’d built a life that looked successful but didn’t feel like mine.

That was the day I stopped trying to fix myself and started letting myself…be.

Maybe you’re where I was, staring down a life that looks fine on the outside but doesn’t feel like yours anymore. Wondering if it’s okay to
want something different. To want more peace, purpose, presence.

Here’s the truth: you don’t need to earn your enoughness.
You don’t need permission to change. You just need a spark —
and the courage to follow where it leads.

It truly starts with understanding more about where we’ve been, what we’re carrying…and what we’re ready to set down. That’s how we find the thread that is already connecting us to wherever we go next.

I see you. And I am so glad you’re here.

Let’s get started, shall we?

Own your story. Feed your flame. Claim what’s always been yours.

You’ve spent your whole life doing what was expected. Showing up, holding it all together, performing the version of “good” that everyone could applaud.
But lately? You can feel it. The quiet tug that says there’s more.

You’re not broken or lost — you are right where you’re meant to be. And this work is about remembering the parts of you you’ve silenced, dimmed, or set aside for “later”. Because the time is now.

In our 1:1 sessions, we’ll slow down long enough for you to hear your own voice again. Together, we’ll look at the stories that have shaped your identity, untangle what’s no longer yours to carry, and start rebuilding from truth instead of expectation.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to who you really are.

What sessions feel like

Think of it as a deep breath of fresh air. And an exhale of all the swirling thoughts and insecurities.

A safe and supportive space where you can tell the truth, be witnessed without judgment, and reconnect with your own clarity and courage.

Each session blends story work, reflection, and gentle strategy, to help you…

  • Own your story and see the power in where you’ve been

  • Claim what’s next without apology or permission

  • Reignite the inner flame you’ve buried under “shoulds” and “somedays”

We dive deep, so you can walk away grounded, clear, and ready to move forward from alignment, not obligation.

This is for the women who are…

  • Standing at the edge of what’s next, feeling both
    scared and ready

  • Tired of performing, pleasing, and proving

  • Ready to stop editing themselves to be palatable

  • Craving a life that feels peaceful and powerful — not one more checklist of accomplishments

If you’re still chasing gold stars or want a step-by-step blueprint, this probably isn’t the match for you.

But if you’re ready to get honest, go inward, and claim what’s always been yours? You’re in the right place.
